Can them be used in a commercial? I bought VXA on Steam.
I asked around and people said that the VX steam version doesn’t have these portraits. Where can I find them legally?

Unfortunately, nobody answers that there. A lot of questions about this and the only thing they say is “bonus package of the japanese version” or “maybe one day they will make this available”… =S
